We recommend that only medium and big size doggies use this product because the height and the way to press the button are more fit in big size pets. If you are raising small size doggies or kitties, then the circle one is better for your pet. ( we have the same toy of circle type in our shop, selling).

Attention: usually, we called the weight under 24pounds grown-up doggies as small size doggies; 24pounds-65pounds grown-up doggies as medium size doggies; 66pounds-110pounds grown-up doggies as big size doggies.

• If doggies can’t understand the way to play this toy, what should I do?

You need to train it in the right way, let doggy understand that pressing the toy, it will get the food as a reward, please be patient during this process. We suggested that you should use the food lure: put the product in front of doggies, then put doggy’s favorite food in hand, attracting doggies to smell the food that is held tightly in your hand ( please remind yourself, do not open the palm now), you need to keep holding the food tightly until doggies try to raise up its paw to open your palm, at this moment, you need to catch the right time to move the hand away, doggy’s paw will press the button at once, then the food will be spilled out from the toy. • If doggies are not into playing toys, what should I do?

Except for guiding or showing the right way to use this toy, you can give them the rewards after playing this toy, doggies will understand that playing this toy is happy! If your doggy is not brave enough, then you need to take a step, be very patient to train it, let it know that this toy is something it can safely have fun with. Trust me, you need to give them time to get closed to the toys, your doggy will fall in love with this toy!
